Our next Camp CLIFF will be back to our regular weekend at Camp For All in Burton, Texas! We are so excited! Camp CLIFF is a unique camp that includes the entire family, providing a break from cancer. Parents, siblings, and children with cancer enjoy a weekend at the beautiful Camp For All in Burton, Texas, free of treatment centers, hospital walls, and medical procedures. Campers have the opportunity to have fun fishing, horseback riding, visiting the petting zoo, climbing ropes courses, zip-lining, crafting, and so much more!

Summer Surprises
SUMMER SURPRISES
Summer Surprises parties are held each summer for Children’s Memorial Hermann, Texas Children’s Cancer Center, and MD Anderson Children’s Cancer Hospital patients. Candlelighters staff and volunteers organize a fun event for patients in the hospital or receiving treatments in the clinic. This event includes providing gifts and treats, and fun crafts and activities for childhood cancer patients and their siblings. It brings a little bit of “holiday” cheer in the middle of summer.
Due to COVID-19 and restrictions at our partner hospitals, the 2023 Summer Surprises event will be held off of the hospital premises again this year. Registered Candlelighters families will be sent event and RSVP information closer to summer time.
