COMMUNITY EVENTS FOR CANDLELIGHTERS

Candlelighters partners with groups in the community who raise funds in support of childhood cancer families each year. Community events are a HUGE asset to our daily programs and services we provide to children with cancer and their families, making up about 1/4 of our annual fundraising dollars. Thank you to all our community event partners!

CROSBY BRAS FOR THE CAUSE 
Each February the Bras for the Cause hosts their annual fundraiser in Crosby, Texas; an event where men from the Crosby community design and model bras all to raise funds for cancer families in the community. Yes, you might have to see it to believe it! Since 2017, they have awarded more than $250,000 for Candlelighters programs and services to support childhood cancer families! 

HOUSTON RELOCATION PROFESSIONALS GOLF TOURNAMENT 
The 19th Annual HRP Golf Tournament benefiting Candlelighters will be held in November 2026 at Wildcat Golf Club. Single golfer registration is $150 and Golf Foursomes start at $500 – see the complete Golfer Registration Packet HERE. 

MONTZ AND MAHER SMILES FOR LIFE WHITENING CAMPAIGN 
Each year from March 1 – June 30, Montz and Maher Dental Group runs a whitening campaign for charity. Starting at $200, 100% of whitening treatments in this time frame benefit charity. You do not have to be a current patient to take advantage of this deal! Make an appointment to brighten your smile today! Candlelighters is honored to be their local charity partner!
